Sabah quake: Wisma Putra opens 24-hour helpline


PETALING JAYA: The Foreign Ministry has set up a 24-hour operations room to aid those affected by Friday's earthquake in Sabah.

"The ministry wishes to convey its sympathies and deepest condolences to the families of the victims.

"The relevant authorities are taking the necessary steps to provide immediate rescue and recovery efforts to the affected people," it said in the statement on Saturday.
