Federal Govt confident of resolving water disputes

We all want to resolve these disputes as soon as possible because water is a basic need where there is no option, unlike roads.

PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Govern­ment is confident of resolving the disputes over the ownership of water assets with Selangor because there is enough political wisdom in the state’s administration to resolve the matter.

Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili said both sides had shown great interest in finding an end to the disputes as soon as possible.
