Cops probe motive behind killing of gangster


BANTING: The notorious Klang gangster “Asli Guna”, who was knifed to death over a drug dispute, had been held four times under the Emergency Ordinance and detained in Simpang Renggam. Kuala Langat OCPD Supt Azman Abdul Razak said the 35-year-old victim, who was a member of Gang 24, also had two previous records for robbery.

“Gang 24 mostly base their operations in Klang. Asli Guna was in Banting to have drinks with his friend when they were attacked by three men armed with parang.
