KUALA TERENGGANU: Flood victims who lose or damage their car or motorcycle licences in floods can obtain new ones for free at Road Transport Department (JPJ) counters nationwide.
JPJ Director-General Datuk Seri Ismail Ahmad said the move was to ease the burden of those who had already suffered losses in the disaster.
