PETALING JAYA: Islamic State-linked militant groups are tapping into the big demand for religious knowledge to prey on unsuspecting civil servants.
Cuepacs president Datuk Azih Muda said many among the country’s 1.5 million public servants take informal religious classes during their off-work time to deepen their knowledge on Islam.
