A-G: New laws needed to fight online gambling

BANGI: Malaysia needs a new set of laws to combat illegal gambling, said Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail.

Speaking after launching the Judicial and Legal Training Institute Speaker Series here yesterday, Gani said his Chambers would submit a proposal to the Government to either amend the old laws or come up with new legislation after discussions with the relevant agencies next year.
