KOTA KINABALU: A child in need of an elective operation now has to wait longer – all because of the UPSR exam papers leak.

Twelve-year-old Dayangku Hafi­zah Wasli’s operation, scheduled for Oct 1 or Oct 2 has to be postponed again with the resitting of the UPSR English and Science papers on Sept 30.
