PETALING JAYA: The nomination and polling dates for the Pengkalan Kubor by-election – the seventh to be held after the general election – will be known after the Election Commission meets on Friday.
The state seat in Kelantan is the latest to be left vacant after its assemblyman Datuk Noor Zahidi Omar, from Barisan Nasional, passed away on Aug 20.
