GEORGE TOWN: The family of the late Karpal Singh has clarified that they are unable to act on behalf of C. Selvam, the man who was driving the car during the fatal accident that killed the DAP stalwart, as it was "unethical" for them to do so.
"It would be unethical for me, or any of my family members for that matter, to act on his behalf," said Karpal's third son, Ramkarpal Singh in a statement Saturday.
