Filipino gunmen free kidnapped Chinese fish farm manager


KOTA KINABALU: Kidnapped Chinese fish farm manager Yang Zai Lin, 34, has been freed by Abu Sayyaf gunmen. 

Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar confirmed Yang’s release and said that he had been brought to Sandakan and will be taken to the Kuala Lumpur Thursday evening before being sent back to China. 

Yang, a manager at Wonderful Terrace Fish Farm in Lahad Datu, was kidnapped by five Filipino gunmen on May 6.
