PETALING JAYA: A picture of a cat with its hind legs tied up on the floor of the KLCC car park has gone viral.
According to Facebook user Mandy Chow, the cat got fierce and defensive when she tried to rescue it.
“I'm not a cat person, I don't know cats well. Is there someone who has experience with cats (out there) who can rescue it?" she posted on her Facebook page on Sunday.
Netizen Tati Tot Tot commented: “The string is disrupting the blood circulation to his leg, and the foot is swollen.”
Some animal lovers tried to find the animal but were not successful.
The post was shared on the Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better Facebook page. It is not known if the cat has been rescued.
