KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has ordered that the criminal breach of trust case involving National Feedlot Corporation (NFCorp) executive chairman Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail be heard in a Sessions Court.
Justice Mohd Azman Husin made the ruling after dismissing Dr Mohamad Salleh's application for a stay of proceeding in the lower court.
