SEREMBAN: A 26-year-old Nigerian student was shot dead near a block of flats outside a private college in Mantin near here.
The victim, who is believed to have been studying in a private college in Kuala Lumpur, died on the spot in the 5pm incident
He suffered a gunshot wound to the head.
A police spokesman said the case was being investigated under section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
"We are still investigating how he got shot and what he was doing here, " he said.
