Terengganu flood victims given aid package worth RM5,000

KEMAMAN: History was created in the country when for the first time, an aid package comprising a television set, refrigerator, stove, mattress and pillows worth RM5,000 were given to families in Terengganu who were displaced from their homes due to the devastating floods that hit the country last December.

A special ceremony to hand out the aid package was held here on Sunday, attended by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
