PUTRAJAYA: The Government will not budge from its stand barring the remains of Communist Party of Malaya (CPM) leader Chin Peng from being brought to Malaysia, says Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
The Prime Minister said those who insist that the communist leader’s body should be brought here could file a suit in the courts to challenge the decision.
