Consider impact of exclusive affirmative action, Govt told

KUALA LUMPUR: MCA Youth has urged the Government to consider the long-term impact of affirmative action policies targeted at only a single race.

“If such approach is adopted for the long term or permanently, there will be far-reaching consequences,” said movement chief Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong. “We must thoroughly examine how this policy will impact other races.”
