Some rogue rangers have gone overboard with enforcement, says officer

JOHOR BARU: A member of the Malaysian Special Ranger Agency (MSRA) has insisted that the group is legitimate but admits that some rogue members have gone overboard by conducting enforcement activities.

An MSRA enforcement officer, who wished only to be known as Lim, said that the agency was formed to perform a similar role as Rela and had no authority to arrest or take action against anyone.
