Accused paid RM2,800 deposit for apartment where Nayati was kept, court told

KUALA LUMPUR: One of the accused in the Nayati Shamelin Moodliar kidnapping trial rented the house used to detain the teenager several weeks before the abduction, the High Court was told.

Trader Mok Yek Yoong said she had rented out the apartment unit in Taman Sri Desa, Chemor, Perak. to Chong Tat Siong for RM600 a month.
