PETALING JAYA: The Indian government is offering Malaysians six scholarships for undergraduate, postgraduate degrees or research at Indian universities, and two scholarships for postgraduate courses.
The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) will administer the six scholarships under the General Cultural Scholarship Scheme (GCSS) and the two scholarships under the IOR-ARC Scholarship Scheme.
