KUALA LUMPUR: It was a brief taste of freedom for a businessman who was sentenced to three years in prison barely a month after he was acquitted over similar charges by the same Sessions Court.
C. Yoganandha Moorthy, 38, was yesterday sentenced to three years in jail by the Sessions Court here after he was found guilty of two more counts of cheating.
