132 kids from Pintar schools get F1 treatment at mega showcase

KUALA LUMPUR: Laughter, shouts of glee and cheers filled the air as over 100 wide-eyed school children watched Alister McRae and Ho-Pin Tung whizz around the track at the Proton Power of 1 mega showcase.

The 132 children from schools adopted by the national car maker under its Pintar programme were treated to the Proton experience, and for many of them, it was their first time witnessing a Formula 1 car in live action.
