ALOR SETAR: The truce in Kedah is so fragile that even a routine medical examination by Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Azizan Abdul Razak at a hospital here caused a stir in the state.

It was speculated that the 72-year-old state PAS commissioner, who has health problems, suffered a heart attack but it turned out that he had only gone for an eye check-up.
