KUALA LUMPUR: A single father lost his appeal Wednesday over a negligence suit against the Government relating to a HIV test result.
A Court of Appeal panel led by Justice Datuk Abdul Malik Ishak dismissed P. Raveentharan's appeal over the High Court's decision striking out his suit.
