Cout rejects ex-Kedah Civil Defence Dept director's appeal

ALOR SETAR: A High Court here Sunday rejected an appeal filed by former state Civil Defence Department director Mohamad Abdullah, who was found guilty on two counts of falsifying documents in 2005.

Judicial Commissioner Mohd Zaki Abdul Wahab said the court did not find any fault in the sentence delivered by Sessions Court Judge Norsharidah Awang on July 29, 2010.
