MNC starts production of ultrasound machines locally

New beginning: TMMA’s new facility in Penang will manufacture the company’s line of Aplio diagnostic ultrasound systems.

Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation (TMSC) recently announced that its new Malaysian subsidiary, Toshiba Medical Systems Manufacturing AsiaSdn Bhd (TMMA) has started operations.

Based in Penang, TMMA will initially produce diagnostic ultrasound systems and later their printed wiring boards.
