City Council to spend RM2.3mil on upgrading lavatories at Polo Ground and hawker centre

THE mere mention of public toilets is sure to make one cringe with all the horror stories that have been heard.

Hence, it should be a relief to Ipoh folk that the Ipoh City Council will be upgrading 20 public toilets throughout the city.
