MIRI: The Government is in the process of effecting a pay hike for the Members of Parliament (MPs).

The proposal was already approved during the current Dewan Rakyat session and even Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had said that the opposition MPs will support the pay hike.
