Construction causes flood

RESIDENTS of Jalan 3, Kampung Baru Batu 11 in Cheras say ongoing MRT construction work is causing floods in their area.

Lee Eng Seong, 45, who has been living in the area for the past 40 years, said it had flooded three times last month.
