A BACKBENCHER locked horns with a state executive councillor over what the former claims is the lack of reading material in Chinese and Tamil in public libraries in the state.
Soon Lip Chee (DAP-Jawi) said only 6.3% of reading material in the state libraries were in Chinese and 5.2% in Tamil.
