MAKING a comeback into the state executive council after a year, Chenderiang assemblyman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon has vowed to serve the people of Perak better.
The Perak MCA chief was sworn in as the 10th state executive councillor before the Regent of Perak Raja Dr Nazrin Shah on Monday at Istana Iskandariah in Kuala Kangsar.
