THE floods at Taman Seri Serdang recently was due to the inability of the retention pond at the neighbourhood to hold rainwater during the downpour, said the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ).
Its president Datuk Asmawi Kasbi said the retention pond in Taman Seri Serdang was on land belonging to the Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID).
