TANJUNG PIAI: Johor Opposition leader Dr Boo Cheng Hau called for more proactive preservation efforts to be carried out to save the mangrove forest in Tanjung Piai and Pulau Kukup here from disappearing.
He pointed out that coastal erosion due to the strong tidal waves in the last 20 years had caused deep impacts on the mangrove forest here.
