SIBU: Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) in a surprise one-and-half hour operation against illegal parking issued a total of 38 compounds to cars, lorries and motorcycles.
The 9.30am to 11am operation yesterday was led by its deputy chairman Datuk Wong Kee Yew.
