Two establishments do their bit to conserve energy during Earth Hour

GUESTS and hotel staff took turns to pedal a trishaw to power up the lights for a board at the launch of Earth Hour in The Federal Kuala Lumpur recently.

The 57-year-old three-wheeler is used every year during the event, which sees the hotel and its sister hotel next door, Hotel Capitol, switching off all essential lights for an hour.
