Water levels looking good

Receding: The water level at the Ulu Kinta water catchment area is said to have dropped within the last two weeks due to the dry spell.

THE water level at all 46 water catchment areas, including dams and water treatment plants in the state are still at a healthy level and could sustain the people in its surrounding areas for months.

Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir said overall, the water level at all its three dams and 43 water treatment plants have not reached critical level and are still manageable.
