Better upkeep means safer roads for motorists, say police

BAD road conditions are one of the causes of road accidents in Selangor, the police say.

Selangor public order and traffic chief Supt Zulkifli Jonit said that based on accident site observations and information gleaned from accident reports, road conditions were one of the contributors to accidents.
