Residents buying containers to store water, even those in non-affected areas

MORE than two million people in seven districts are coping with water rationing, but even those not affected are taking preventive measures.

Koay Kong Hoe, 82, a retired electrician from Bayu Perdana, Klang said, “We started keeping large containers of water ever since they first announced water rationing. We bought two big plastic containers.”
