MOTORISTS have been advised to look out for the colour-coded Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) signboards that indicate the different chargeable parking hours when they park their vehicles.
Council Financial Management Committee alternate chairman Joseph Ng Soon Siang said three colours — red, blue and green — would represent the three main zones.
