KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has issued a letter explaining in detail the new property valuation rates, following a furore caused by residents after receiving notices of a revision in assessment in November.
Over the past two weeks, 1.4 million residents in the city received their assessment bills with the new rates which came into effect on Jan 1.
