OWNERS of unoccupied properties in Selangor who find it difficult to lease their houses, shoplots, factories or warehouses are eligible for discounts in their assessment.
State executive councillor for Plantation Workers, Poverty and Caring Government V. Ganabathirau said although the discount was provided for by law, many owners of vacant properties were unaware of it.
