The Malaysian women’s basketball team’s achievement of winning the gold medal at the recent Singapore SEA Games has not gone to waste. Encouraged by this, and to ensure the women players stay fit and competitive, the Malaysian Basketball Association (MABA) is holding the MABA Akademi Belia Malaysia Women Basketball League, which is set to be played in various venues throughout Malaysia from Sept 26 to Nov 11.
The league, jointly organised by Akademi Belia and MABA while managed by MVP Marketing, is sponsored by Molten, Gatorade, 1M4U, MJ Life, Hip and Hoop and Peak.
