The logistics industry has long been viewed as a boring old trade run by shrewd, old Chinese men who bark out orders all day long with a clipboard in hand as workers move about with boxes of various sizes. And one may be quick to think that those working in the industry do not require any formal qualification as they are mainly doing menial work.
