The 17-hour slow-cooked Pork Belly, swimming in a savoury broth flavoured by spices, got everyones attention with its melt-in-the-mouth texture, further enhanced by the sweetish-tart cocktail of Haig Club Green Thyme.

The 19 guests who attended the recent dinner hosted by Star Publications (M) Bhd, at the Interlude International Tapas Bar in Taman Tun Dr Ismail were not disappointed, as mixologists and kitchen staff paired up to titillate the guests’ tastebuds with a six-course dinner.
