A total OF 24 abandoned vans were cleared from the parking lot of a velodrome during an operation by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) in Bandar Tun Razak.
DBKL Licensing and Petty Traders Management Department deputy director Mohd Saibani Osman said the operation was conducted following complaints from nearby residents.
