A smorgasbord of cultural events

KAKISENI, a promoter of performing arts events, is bringing The Other Festival 2015 to Ipoh Old Town later this month.

The first of its kind to be held in Perak, the festival will be celebrating Ipoh’s history, food and arts over three weekends from Oct 22 to Nov 8.
