Lack of urgency in attending to matters concerning the public needs to be looked into

I AM pleased that the authorities are resurfacing the whole stretch of Jalan Batu Kawa from the Third Mile underpass all the way to the Batu Kawa bridge.

It is not the usual patch-up job but total resurfacing. They even brought along a huge machine that scrapes off the top layer and deposits the waste direct onto dump trucks. It reminds me of the movie Transformers.
