THE motorcyclist who scarred a newly made bicycle lane in Penang — by riding on it while the cement was still wet — has the state’s cycling community gnashing their teeth.
It is believed that the unknown rider had encroached into the new lane on Friday along the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway near e-Gate.
