GEORGE Town Festival is expanding its reach across the sea this year with its latest event, the Butterworth Fringe Festival (BFF).

The inaugural BFF on Aug 15 and 16 is set to give visitors and locals a chance to experience a different side of Penang while showcasing Butterworth as an exciting venue for arts and cultural events.
