KUALA Lumpur residents who renovated their homes without seeking prior approval should submit their building plans to Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) before June 30.
DBKL Planning deputy director-general Datuk Mahadi Che Ngah said they would not be penalised if they submit their plans by the deadline.
