Blacklist needed to stop illegals

MIRI: The only way to stop the inflow of illegal foreign workers into Sarawak is to draw up a detailed blacklist of foreigners who often entered illegally as well as those employers who often hire these illegal aliens.

Only with this blacklist can ilegal foreign workers be blocked at immigration entry points and employers be prevented from hiring them.
